Hi Retool,

My team has some questions about Retool. Can you answer me, please?

Does Retool support integration with Azure?
Some questions about Retool pricing:

  • If SSO login is used, what is the pricing, development effort, and operation procedure?
  • If SSO login is not used, what is the pricing, development effort, and operation procedure?
  • Does the pricing decrease with more users (around 100-200 users)?

Hi @Tan_Tran,

It depends on what integration you're looking for, but there are plenty of ways to connect to Azure like SSO with Azure AD, connect to resources with Graph and connect to various databases on Azure. We're are running Retool on prem in Azure and have made those connections.

For SSO you'll need Enterprise on premise and for pricing you'll have to contact the Retool team, but it is really easy to set it up, less than 30 mins. Maintaining it is a breeze, just pull the new Docker and run a single script. Takes usually less than 5 mins.
