I have a miniERP I've been using retool on for close to a year. Love the platform, and it really fits the need for this internal app for our company. Worked amazing until about a month ago.
I've been experiencing a white load screen delay of about 10-20 seconds 5% to 10% of the time I load the app. This is before any of my queries run.
Posted about it a few times with no real help over the past few weeks. Sent HARs to one of the devs here, no response yet. But now my app only loads about 50% of the time, and just hangs the rest.
The editor also seems to be very very hit or miss lately. This isn't a specific browser issue either as I've tried a few and cleared cache. I am just not seeing what is going on. Large memory usage as well
I know my app is on the complex side, but it worked wonderfully for a long time, and doesn't struggle one bit when it finally does load.
I really don't want to move away from retool, but this is becoming unusable and I have no way to troubleshoot what isn't on my end. Right now I have to prevent my guys from leaving the app for fear of 10 minutes spent rolling the dice hoping it loads.
Well it looks like all three of my apps are no longer loading whatsoever.
Just immediate hangs before any queries or elements load. Can't edit them in the editor.
Is there any option for support outside of enterprise? My account seems messed up.
It also seems like one of my apps is blank and no amount of going back to one of the earlier 300 releases works.
This is immensely frustrating.
Edit: I backup my apps pretty regularly. Have JSON and zips, none of them restore. I am at wits end. No earlier releases work as well.
