Encountering an issue while upgrading the plan

I am having an issue here while upgrading the retool plan. We were on a free plan without any free trial. and now we decided to upgrade to a team plan but when trying to upgrade from this pricing plan.

after clicking the upgrade to team plan a login screen pop ups and when i login it shows request to join the organization in which i am already a member. and when i click join, then it shows this error see in the image please.

so how can we resolve this issue and upgrade the plan successfully without losing out progress and any data?

Hi @Jagdish_Parmar, I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue after upgrading. Please send me the name of your org either here or over DM. I'm happy to take a closer look at what's going on. Also, is this happening on Cloud or Self-hosted Retool?

hey @Paulo the issue is resolved now, i was experiencing the error while upgrading the account, now it is solved.
