I was on the landing page for Retool and tried to ask the chatbot a question, but it never replied 
Hi @khill-fbmc! Thanks for posting this. I assume you're talking about the AI chatbot on the docs site, since retool.com doesn't have a chatbot on it. I looked into if there were any incidents with the docs AI chatbot, and couldn't find anything. If you could give me some extra info it could help us avoid bugs with the bot.
What browser were you on? Is your browser updated? Did you try refreshing and asking again? Is it possible you have an extension blocking the chatbot? If so could you let us know what extension blocked it?

You're correct, I was on the docs.
It appears to be responsive now, so I am not sure what my error was earlier.
