I've been experimenting with the Retool AI capabilities. I'm using ChatGPT as the LLM. I've noticed that often with chat messaging against a Vector the system doesn't end a session after a response from the LLM. The prompt entry spinner goes continuously after the response.

The AI assistant stopped working altogether for me. I've confirmed that Retool is set to OpenAI, and there isn't any payment issue. I updated the API key for OpenAI as well, but it still doesn't work. Here's a screen video: https://localight.vids.io/videos/a790d0b71e1ae6c42e/retool-ai-not-working
