Web apps on freezing on tablets (iPad and Android devices)

Hey everyone,

I have been noticing that Retool web apps, when used on tablets (both iPad and android) will on occasion freeze or become unable to be interacted with-- ie. no buttons work, no text can be entered etc.

The problem is temporarily resolved by refreshing the page but the error will reoccur every day or two without any apparent trigger.

Has anyone else noticed this?

@Retool Support --- is this a known bug?

We experiencing this on web apps and not on Retool Mobile, correct?

Interesting, I haven't found other reports of this but I'll try to reproduce. Are you con Cloud or Self-hosted?

Hi @bg1900, I wasn't able to reproduce this issue but I found this can happen when loading apps without their uuid included the URL:

Are we opening apps by URL from other Retool apps, or from a static place like your browser's bookmarks?
