Bug access token and missing apps

Today every now and then the app doesn’t work. I’ve to close the app and reopen the app multiple times.

It happens on an iPad and iPhone 11. Probably on all devices.

We have the same issue across our devices. Had an app that kept getting an error and when we closed it and reopened it showed this same thing.

This is getting annoying. Can someone from Retool look into this? I’ve to restart apps multiple times in an hour. :expressionless:

Yes. Same here i have a whole crew of people who are having these issues and have to restart the app. But when they are working on it will just have errors and they will lose the work they have done since they have to close it out and restart it! This is a major issue!

I'm getting multiple reports from users today that when they open the retool app there are no apps available, or they get a Session expired alert, and then have no apps. When they kill the app and reopen, the apps show up and they are able to use them.

We are using google SSO, so maybe there is an issue there?

I was able to get this error on my phone -

Yes Same here at our org. We are having to close it and reopen it multiple times through out the day.

Thanks for reporting all. This morning we turned on some auth checking code that displays a popup telling you that your session is invalid. That's why you're seeing more of these popups starting today. They're purely informational. We're still investigating why the session expiration/invalidation is happening at all.

We just made a potential fix, should take effect in about 10 minutes. Folks who who have been having issues, mind keeping an eye out and reporting if you have any more?
