Vector resource "listDocument" and "listUrl" stops working today

  1. My goal: use dynamic expression to listDocument and listUrl of Retool Vector
  2. Issue: without any change, today during the day, previously working workflow now is throwing errors. The error is unclear to me what’s wrong, especially given that nothing has changed. Earlier this morning it was fine, afternoon it breaks.
