Retool Vectors Block

I am playing around with the Retool Vectors and I can't seem to figure out how the Metadata field can be useful. It does not appear to be able to reference other parts of the workflow...

So what is the point of this? Is this a bug? I don't know what static object would be useful to write there if I can't reference another workflow block.

As mentioned in Discord, unfortunately, this is a known bug. I will follow up here when our team is able to prioritize it
