Hello, over the last few months we have been building a Retool Mobile app. Today, the day we were intending to train users, the app suddenly does not load on our Android devices. We can see all components in the web editor and on iOS, but not on the any of devices we intend to deploy with. This is quite frustrating.
What we see on our Android (Zebra) devices (as well as a Pixel 8):
No, this is a single screen that the app starts on. No components on this screen are conditionally hidden. The submit button switches to another screen. This all works properly in the iOS Retool Mobile app and in the web editor/viewer.
Do you mind checking again to confirm the issue is still happening? If it is, it may help for someone from our team to log into your instance so they can debug your app. If you'd like to try that, can you go to /settings/users on your instance and send an invite to mobile-team@retool.com?
