We’re making a change to Retool’s Agency Program.
Agencies have been part of the Retool community from the beginning, and many have built businesses, client solutions, and deep Retool expertise along the way. We’re grateful for that partnership.
As we simplify how we work with partners, we’re retiring the Agency Program on August 31, 2027 and consolidating around one Retool partner program.
For existing Agency Program members, nothing changes today. Current licenses and benefits remain in place through August 31, 2027, giving everyone plenty of time to plan for the transition.
We’ve reached out directly to impacted Agency Partners and Agency Plan members with more information about what this means for them and their path forward.
Our goal is to make working with Retool simpler, with one clearer partner experience as we continue to evolve the program.
