Good day. We’d like to ask for your assistance. We currently have a team plan , but would like to ugrade to business. I tried to upgrade but an error occures. Please help. We need to upgrade at the soonest possibel time. Thank you.
Could you please confirm whether you have Admin permissions in Retool? Only users with Admin access can change the billing plan. If you’re not the workspace owner, the request may fail during the final step.
Steps to upgrade the Retool plan from Team to Business:
- Log in to your Retool workspace.
- Click on Settings (usually in the left sidebar or top-right menu).
- Navigate to Billing or Plans & Billing.
- Review the available plans and select Business.
- Confirm the upgrade and complete the payment process.
- Once confirmed, the changes should take effect immediately or within a few minutes.
