Suddenly I see that from my machine editing is not working , if I create say a query I get 404. but from other machine and other location my teammates can edit it.
What can cause this please help.
I tried to restart pc, used incognito, tried different account. same outcome
Hey @mpmohi - it's possible that your VPN or service provider is blocking certain network requests. Are you able to test on a different internet connection?
On my end it was working fine and after several hours it suddenly was not saving. I do not have any VPN setup. I already tried Chrome and Firefox. I also restarted the PC already.
Can you describe what's happening in a little more detail, @james.c? Or share a screen capture? What do you mean when you say that it "was not saving"?
In general, it would be really helpful to see if there are any specific error messages in your browser console when this happens.
So when you press the save button, it will just load. I confirmed this by asking a team mate on a different timezone to do the same. This morning, it is now working fine. I will update here again if that happens.
Sounds good, @james.c! This is likely happening because you're trying to update and save a query that is scoped to one page while on a separate page. That's how I'm able to replicate something similar, at least.
Hey Darren, sorry for not replying on this. I got pulled on a different project and did not work with our Retool apps for quite some time. I will open another thread if I see it happen again. Thank you!
