Unable to authenticate account

  • Goal: Authenticate Gmail account with Retool. Once the user completes the authentication, they should be able to access and search data using the apps.
    Currently, a user is having trouble authenticating their Google account with Retool. When she tries to authenticate, the "Needs Authentication" notification still appears and they're unable to see any search results.

Our admin confirmed they should have the same access as the rest of our team members. Please advise.

  1. Is this user the only one having issues?
  2. Can you show the resource setup? How authentication is configured, any refresh flows, auth verification endpoints etc.
