Help with Google Authentication

• Goal:

• Steps: I have created the dashboard entirely but when I sent it out, other users don't have access to the retool if they are viewers even if they have original access to the Google Sheet.

• Details: I need help with fixing this so that people are able to access this retool if they have access to the google sheet.

This issue is primarily related to user permissions. Check your Account Settings > Permissions and ensure your role is set to Editor instead of Viewer.

Additionally, go to Retool > Resources > Google Sheets and verify the connected Google account. If it's not linked, re-authenticate with your Google account.

Did @WidleStudioLLP's suggestions?

Users will ned to either be a member of your Retool organization and have their permissions set. Or if this is an external app, you would need to set them up as external users.
