A few of our environments have been disabled and itβs disrupting our development workflow.
The blob that usually indicates why it was disabled is empty as well. After some research, I found that it usually means one of our resources is missing a configuration for the environment. I found that the Retool-Managed OpenAI key had all the working environements listed. When I tried to add a disabled one, it would throw the following error: You already have a resource named "OpenAI" in this folder.
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Based on the error message you received, it sounds like there might be an old or duplicate OpenAI resource that is being used when you try to add a disabled environment. The old/duplicate OpenAI resource may not have all the working environments configured.
Could you go to your Resources and double-check carefully inside any folders/lists for another OpenAI resource? You can also check the affected app and its queries to see which OpenAI resource they are utilizing.
It's a bit of a manual process to find this, but let me know if this helps! Thanks!
I was able to find an old OpenAI resource that has now been deleted. Yet, I get the same error when trying to add the environment on the Retool-managed OpenAI resource.
Glad to hear that you were able to find an old deleted OpenAI resource. I'm not sure if there are any naming conflicts between this old deleted one and the Retool-managed one - but could you try renaming the Retool-managed resource and then adding the missing environment under the new name to see if this helps?
