I'm trying to update the Retool database from an external source using the instructions on this page, but the menu doesn't appear. How should I configure it? I’ve checked other threads as well, but I can’t find a clear solution.

If you're issue is not related to you not being an admin of your space, then it may be related to this:
If you're an admin, then @ChiEn or @Tess may be able to enable this feature for you.

Retool is being used with a different account than the one that authored the post, and it has admin permissions. How should I request activation?
So I tagged the Retool team in my previous post, hopefully it will be caught by them sometime today (they're in the US, so maybe towards the afternoon)

There are just a handful of orgs where this hadn’t been enabled yet. I checked and yours was one of them. I’ve gone ahead and switched it over for you. The connection details should show up after a hard refresh, or try logging out and back in if needed.
