Question / Description: Our finance team, as well as CTO has been trying to get hold of the new invoice for the 2025 billing cycle. We have logged support queries which go unanswered. Please, can we get support as we no longer have access to our ReTool instance.

I've escalated this to your account manager for a quick resolution, and we've extended your license key in the meantime — you should now have access to your instance. If you're still running into any issues, please let me know and I’ll look into it as a priority.
