Smtp gmail issue

I haven't been able to connect retool smtp resource with my gmail account (workspace).

I enabled unsecure apps, I have created App Passwords for retool and still retool shows me this error:

Unable to connect. Error: Error: Invalid login: 534-5.7.9 Please log in with your web browser and then try again. Learn more at 534 5.7.9 Check Gmail through other email platforms - Gmail Help i3-20020a63a843000000b003fd7e217686sm18437pgp.57 - gsmtp

Not sure what else to do.. any ideas?

Hi @mgrez, looking at the error Google provided, it appears this may be related to Google no longer supporting the use of third-party apps that ask you to login to your Google account using only username and password. If you don't use 2-Step Verification, you might need to allow less secure apps to access your account. Are you able to try changing the security?
