Hi,

I changed my phone and now I don't have the authentication app. I normally log in through Google SSO but after login it asks me for the Verification code which I can't generate. Installing the app asked me for the same code.

Also tried "Forgot my password" option but didn't work since it's validated through Google SSO.

Can you help me reset my account.

Hey @isaac.orzuna!

One of the admins in your org should be able to reset the 2FA on your account. Are you able to get in contact with them?
