Retool iOS App not Appearing in Notification Center

Hi,

I have just installed the latest available version of Retool mobile on my iPhone but it's not appearing in the notification center. Why could this be?

iPhone 15 Pro
iOS 17.1.1
Retool 3.22.0

I'm able to see Retool in my Notifications list, so I created an internal ticket with your details to pass along to the Mobile Engineering team.

I am having the same issue, did you ever get to a resolution?

Hey @iblack

You have to accept the Push Notification permission in order to show up in the notification center.

If you open an mobile app with "Mobile Push Notifications" query with "Subscribe", you will get the device prompt to permission.
