Retool App on Z-Fold Samsung

I have never been able to log into the retool app on my z-fold samsung. I always get the biometric error, but have no option to use biometrics. I've checked the app permissions with no luck. Does the retool mobile app only work with apple products?

Hi @skycop, it looks like your Retool Admin has enabled biometrics as a requirement. You can check whether this is enabled under Retool Web > Settings > Mobile Advanced Settings.

Thank you for your help. After further research it appears that is an enterprise security setting per the documentation.

I don't have the enterprise plan so I'm not sure why this is affecting my account.

Abbey - thank you for replying. It could be possible if that was an option. It has been a while since I found Retool. If we were an Enterprise trial, but couldn't afford that plan is there a way to solve the root issue?
