Retool app not available in some regions?!?!

Client can not access apps. https://recordio.retool.com/
I set my region in Asia. It helped to get access to admin panel, but still loading super long.

But when he tries access an app - just nothing.
It seems to be that https://retool-edge.com/ is just blocked in Russia? Could it be true? And if so, what can I do? Client paid me money for deployment on retool, and I paid for retool. What to do?

Apologies for the issue. I do not believe Retool is blocked in Russia, but I can double check with our team internally.

Are they able to share screenshots/recordings of what is happening when they try to log in? Do they get an error message on the website or in the browser console?

If they inspect the browser and check the networking tab, are the requests hanging or throwing errors? Is your org on cloud?

I just found our docs on setting Regions for cloud hosted orgs, the other user may need to set their region to Asia as well.
