Unable to save any changes made to apps and even queries are not loading.

Hey Yash, retool is not down at the moment. I'm currently having no issues accessing apps/queries or saving apps. This is most likely an issue with your network, ISP or potentially a firewall blocking network requests (which you can check by opening your developer tools -> network tab/console and seeing what's happening to the requests).
If your ISP is having issues, then a VPN will usually unblock you here.
