Problem with All Quey Performance

Good afternoon,
Did something happen to the servers? Practically all my queries are timing out or running out of memory, queries that were working normally until three days ago. Accessing the database via Python from the outside is also having problems.

I found the same thing the last couple of days. Whilst not timing out, they definitely seem to be slower (although I do not have a definitive benchmark to compare against)

Hello all @Vitor_aw and @turps808, there was an incident on Sept 2 that is now resolved. Can you confirm if all queries are working as expected on your end?

Hello, today it started working again. However, I changed the name of a table that had 400k records and it seems that it crashed the entire database. Now, not even the database screen opens in the retool browser and no query works anymore.

Hello, the database performance is horrible, I can't even open it in the browser. I'm trying to migrate it to a dedicated one, but I can't even run it to extract the retool_db_dump.sql. Can you export it for me so I can migrate the database?

Hey @Vitor_aw, it looks like our Cloud Stability Engineer recently increased compute for your organization. Our Customer Service Representative also recommends not using RetoolDB for production since it is not equipped to be highly available or scalable. In this case, they suggest switching to another database that can better handle this level of usage. Have you tried that?
To export databases, you can follow this guide: Importing and exporting PostgreSQL databases

Hello there @Vitor_aw, just checking in to see how you’re doing and if you still need help with this?

Hey, it's been awhile @Vitor_aw, checking in to see if you had a chance to look at my suggestion above. How are things going on your end?
