Non-profit discount: is it still active?

Current plan level (Free, Team, Business, or Enterprise: Retool | Pricing): Free

Question / Description: We’re a 501c3 non-profit (tarjimly.org) and filled out the form to access the non-profit discount available a couple of times in order to access a different tier level, but haven’t received any follow up from the team. Is the non-profit offering still active?

Thanks for posting on the community forum and welcome!. The nonprofit program is still active — eligible 501(c)(3) organizations get a monthly discount, details here: Discount Programs | Retool Docs

We recently had an issue affecting follow-up emails for nonprofit applications, so your submissions may not have been acknowledged. Can you try reapplying please. You should then get an automated response back now as this has been fixed.
