New users cannot accept retool invite

Question / Description:

I have made a few apps and users have been able to login and access things as expected. I recently tried to invite two new users and they are getting the following error:

We have tried different browsers, using mobile devices and signing out/in.

I hope someone is able to help me figure out what I am doing wrong.

hmm... you should have a Configure section, do you see no such thing?

@Nick1 oh! you have SSO disabled, and email+password disabled as well
