New Retool Beta Apps don't work in safari and duck duck go browsers

  1. My goal: To build a react app that works on safari and Duck Duck Go.
  2. Issue: Retool classic apps work, but when i click on the new app i get this message: {"success":false,"message":"Unknown authentication failure."}
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: I changed the branding domain name to retool.companyname.com

Sorry to hear about this issue you are having with not seeing the Retool Beta in Safari/Duck Duck Go browsers. We are aware of this issue and looking into it now.

In the meantime, could you try Incognito and clearing your cookies? Let me know if doing either of these actions work on your end. I will circle back to this thread for more updates as soon as I hear back!
