Here in the retool docs- App editor there's an embedded video.
In the video you can clearly see the responsive tab under that, there are two options,
show on mobile and show on desktop
But weirdly, I can't see the responsive tab in my retool app.

My main concern is to be able to access the components of the app on mobile as well.
How do I make the components accessible on mobile?
