I have a retool app shared to public. I'm expecting most users on desktop but some on mobile as well. Since this is a publicly shared app, users will be on browser and will not be "retool users" with mobile apps.
The issue I'm facing is that the page will not scroll on a mobile device. It's essentially un-usable for mobile.
I believe this is the documentation on the functionality you may be looking for! Please give this step by step a try and let us know if this solves your issue
Click on a component and within the Component Inspector, scroll down to Appearance section and click on the Advanced Settings button
I've tried on 3 different occasions to set all of the components to "show on mobile" and noticed that once I exit out of retool and join back it, the changes weren't saved. I'm used to everything else in retool auto-saving.
Is there anything specific I need to do around that deploying the changes on mobile?
Hi @Drowe003! It definitely should save automatically. Do you see any errors, either in Retool or in the browser console, when you try to toggle on that particular setting?
Continuing to test this, just tried moving them all to "show on mobile" and now things are working great. Will update you if they get reverted again. Possibly I had two tabs open or another admin also had a tab of the same page open and caused the conflict. Thanks for your help!
