Navigation Component Button Size

Using the navigation component with Horizontal Orientation and Justify Alignment; justified button sizes are created, but the clickable area is not adjusted accordingly. The background changes when hovered so its setup to be clicked, but only works on the area there is text. See the attached video as an example.
