As the thread title says, Retool won't let me login on iOS

Unfortunately there isn't a ton we can do for backward compatibility on mobile 
If you update to a newer phone you should be able to use an iOS operating system closer to 17 or 18 which should work fine with Retool!
@desbest can you also confirm you can't log into Retool directly in Safari? E.g. go to Safari, navigate to login.retool.com, and try to sign in?

Same issue, we are having iPads running iOS 15.8.3 and can't login anymore. It was possible to login via username and password directly in the app. Now the option disappeared and we can not use the iPads. Please fix it and enable the old embedded login screen for older iPad models.

Just heard back from our engineering team! They said that we it should be fixed with the next Cloud deploy (which would be Monday I think) 
The changes to app backward compatibility only slightly increased our bundle size so we were able to push this change out super fast! Let us know if the issue still persists so we can help further 
we are cloud hosted. So it should solve our Problem. Thank you so much! I will give you an update on monday.

Hope you had a good weekend. I am sorry to hear the mobile app on your iPads are still not working.
I can check with our mobile engineering team and see if they have any updates on when the backward compatibility changes are ready and live!
Will keep you updates on any news, I believe because of the Labor Day holiday our cloud patch release have been moved off slightly but I am hoping these changes will go live soon

Hey Donald, unfortunately not.
I still cannot login with iOS 15.8.2 via App. Trying to login via Safari is also not working.
