Missing database connection details

  • Goal: We're trying to connect to Retool database

  • Steps: Checked Settings modal, accessed from the dropdown on the Retool Database title as for documentation

  • Details: Connection tab is missing

Hi @Nico-hatch and welcome to the forum!

Only admins can see the connection details. If you are an admin and are not able to see it, you can send @Paulo a DM with your account domain so that he can enable this for you as there may be some accounts that have it disabled.

You can click on the @tagged name of Paulo and you'll se an option to DM

Uh, strange. It most be something related with the trust levels of each user in the forum. What if you click on your avatar, then click on the envelope twice, do you see the "New Message?
