Apologies for the issue. That is very odd that the app is looping you through the flow successfully but that the last step takes you back to the login page.
My first guess is that you may need to reset 2FA, but you mentioned you did that. And to confirm, after resetting this, it showed the same behavior?
We may need to live debug this with you, I would suggest coming to our office hours where we can test out resetting this and setting up 2FA with you!
