Inviting external users

Question / Description:
I seem to be missing something when it comes to external users.
We have our app set up as External with a designated Landing page, yet when I invite external users, they are not being redirected to the app and instead are taken to Retool dashboard with a list of all our external apps.

Is there a way to fix it?

We've tried it several different ways (all external users have external email domains) but each time, they are taken to the list of apps instead of the designated app.

Welcome to the community, @Lev! Thanks for reaching out.

Are all of your other permission groups behaving as expected? I don't know this for sure, but my guess is that your All Users group has elevated permissions relative to the External Users group. As such, they have more power than they should. Double check those permissions and let me know if anything looks off!
