What are my options if I want to recreate an app in retool? Do they offer resources? How can I get a cost or effort estimate?

I’m not sure if Retool can help you directly with this. Enterprise plans do offer support of a Retool engineer although I don’t know if they can do all the work for you. You might want to reach out to the Retool developer network here Developer Network
