I would like the ability to play a sound file that I can call when running a script or procedure. For example when creating scanning applications I would like to notify the user through a sound when the scan brought back something that was found in the database or notify with a different sound when something wasn't found. This would improve efficiency for my users.
I'd suggest taking a look at Media Player Template | Retool, it can play just audio

Good idea. The only workaround here is that I will have to hide the element from the users since I don't need them to see the video; I just need them to hear the sound.
