Huge delays when entering text in the input field

Hi,

we currently facing an issue on Retool that with every text input (and also hovering of text inputs) we have huge delays on the input.

In bigger apps with some imported modules we are facing a huge delay on the text input after each input change. In smaller apps the delay is way shorter.

The delays are also noticeable for input fields which are not attached to any queries but are simply a text input without dependencies

Does anyone have an idea where this come from and how we can solve it?

no idea on how to solve this but I am seeing the same thing, much more noticeable on the larger apps.

@retool -- any suggestions? This is a platform limiting issue

This has been reported to our team as a bug. I'll follow up here if I get any updates internally.
