Good afternoon!
In your documentation, it says that if I want to add end users to my annual subscription, I need to contact support. At the moment, I have 8 end users on my subscription. I want to expand this number to 30 end users in total. How can I do this? Will you send an invoice for an annual subscription for these new 22 end users?
Hi there! Jen from Retool Support checking in! For any billing changes to an annual subscription, such as adding more users to your plan, we can help you with this! Any users you add will be charged based on the remaining time left of your annual subscription.
