Hey @James_Tuxbury thanks for bringing this up! @Darren is totally right that for now you'll have to use the old component; however I am currently landing a bugfix that should let you be able to use the tooltip format along side series grouping -
note that this series is grouped by "year" and the hover tooltip displays the correct value per year
