Not sure what you have in mind by dynamically, but here's a post with a video where user can decide which columns to show/hide and save in local storage on the user side.

No, it doesn't solve the issue

You should be able to show or hide columns dynamically by enabling fx. There's a nice example in this Topic here: Dynamic Table Column Show/Hide - #2 by justin

If that's not what you're trying to accomplish, would you mind sharing more on your use-case?
