I recently set up a custom domain in my retool account, but Google SSO stopped working even after following the instructions in the docs.

Hi @Francisco_dos_Santos, your authorized redirect URIs all look good. The only other thing to check is to make sure your Client ID and Client Secret match up from the Google API. There isn't anything special that you would need to configure other than what's in the docs, although it should be noted that it may take a while for the changes to work (for me it only took about 5 minutes after testing it out today).
Some other things to try could be clearing your cache or using an incognito window. Also I guess it's possible maybe there is a space in one of your redirect URIs that we can't see? Be sure to double check anywhere where there could be a typo.
