Goal: I think I found a bug. The right top action does not disappear although being removed.

Hi @Scottsky, I tried reproducing this but it went away after I refreshed the page. Is it lingering even after a hard refresh?
*I did have to delete it twice the first time. 
Tried deleting it twice. Reincarnated as Action in the same spot.
Ended up leaving a blank button that does nothing there.
Remind me, are we on Cloud?

It's 2pm east. Sounds perfect. Wow who would've thought that a lousy back button is entitled to an entire live debugging session. Amased, and looking forward.
Update: The action went away after multiple attempts and a hard refresh.
