- On what plan are we on?
- Could you include the full error we see in the console?
Here are a few things for your users to try:
- Clear the browser cache, it could cause user-specific issues.
- Update your browsers to the latest versions.
- Disable browser extensions one by one and refresh the retool page after each to check for any conflicts.
