Apps are not loading - blank page instead (resolved)

  • Goal: I would like to be able to see and edit Apps. All was work for months until today.

  • Steps: After logging in, I tried to open any App and I saw a blank page instead. When I try to edit the App, I see the endless "Loading components..." in the Components Tree section. But I see everything in the Code section.

  • Details: To resolve the issue, I tried to re-login, cleaned cache/cookies/storage, did a hard refresh, and checked my internet connection. I asked for help in our internal support team to check if I have some issues with our OKTA platform - all is good there. But still, the issue is not resolved.
    I asked my teammate to check if he has the same problem - he doesn't. Everything works well for him. So, the issue could be user-specific. But how?
    All was good on Friday evening, but starting from this morning, it doesn't work.

After I rebooted my laptop, the issue was gone. I am not 100% sure, but maybe a simple browser reboot could be enough as well.
The issue is now resolved.
