Enhance gRPC schema explorer functionality

Hi all,

we are using the self hosted version to access our gRPC services. I think the schema explorer is somehow broken. I can browse our services, but the actual schema (fields, etc) is not accessible. Or is this working-as-intended?

Hey @perelin this is the current level of functionality for the gRPC schema explorer. We have an internal ticket tracking enhancements, but don't have an ETA at this time. We'll definitely update you here as we get any additional information on the status.
