gRPC additionalScope variables

gRPC functions should let you pass additional scope (similar to js scripts).

We should be able to reference these variables in the query and also it would be helpful to have some functionality to insert test values in preview mode.

Thanks for this feedback -- I agree that additional scope should be availabel to gRPC queries, and that you should be able to provide test values. I've logged both of these requests so we can track them internally.

It looks like this request is still in our backlog, so, unfortunately, we don't have any updates yet :disappointed:

You can still pass values with additional scope to gRPC queries, but I agree it would be ideal if we added in the UI for managing the values. Test values would be helpful too!

Thanks for checking in on this as well! We're continuing to track customer feedback and +1s, but currently these requests still aren't being prioritized from our backlog :disappointed:
