If there is one thing that is considered to be somewhat of an accessibility thing rather than a feature, then it's internationalization. I was really expecting to be able to customize (or at the very least localize) the various labels based on my own language.
The reason I bring this up is two-fold: one part is the fact some people don't speak English as well as others. Combining our Dutch content with English verbs and nouns seems inconsistent and reflects badly on your software and my professional efforts of providing an accessible app.
The second has to do with the way how such a decision causes people to reconsider your motivations: "if something as significant as language is considered a premium, what other essentials are they going to put behind lock and key in the future just so I will open my wallet".
Again, I think this should definitely NOT be an Enterprise feature.. Instead, making it available to all users would signal right intent and increase your overall commitment to giving users tools for accessibility.
Finally, our decision to move forward with Retool was primarily based on our belief that your product provides us with sufficient flexibility to create custom interfaces and do the things we expect to be able to with most CRUD tech. We have been very satisfied with your offerings so far, but something as trivial as language settings isn't something we want to be forced to pay for.
