Editor stops working

Hey there,

today I have major issues with the editor. It constantly stops reacting. Reloading the editor solves the problem temporarely but a few minutes later the problem appears again. I can't press any buttons and the input is not showing up in the app. Yesterday everything worked fine.

I am currenting editing a mobile app.

Hey Retool Team,

I am still experiencing the same issue. I already deleted the browser cache and duplicated the app. Nothing changed. Having the same issues with other Apps as well.

After the error occurs, I can still change screens and scroll in the app. But the dynamic content isn't refreshing anymore and it is not possible to trigger buttons and queries.

Any help is highly appreciated!

Nothing is jumping out in the app json so far :thinking: that may be because I don't have access to any data or your Retool environment though

  • Can you share a screen recording?
  • Are there any browser console errors?
  • Can you also share the har file from when you're experiencing this issue?
  • Did you recently add any custom css or external libraries at the organization level?
