Hi team,
I had received startup credits for Retool a while back. I don't use it and the credits are expiring.
I want to avoid being charged.
I'm not able to remove my card from billing details, only to archive my org.
When I archive and relogin, the billing details are still there
Please remove my card from billing details and confirm that I will not be charged in the future.

Hey @Dhruv_Anand,
If you go to https://YOURDOMAIN.retool.com/settings/billing
and scroll to the bottom, you'll see a link to REtool's stripe billing portal.
Once in the portal, you should be able to remove your card from billing details.
I have gone to that page. It doesn't allow me to remove the card as it says I have an active plan.
The downgrade button on the plans page asks me to email support which I have done.
